Exchanges & Returns

We're here to help!

We want you (and your kids!) to be thrilled with MyMayu products. If for any reason you are not happy with an item that you have purchased on www.MyMayu.com, just contact us at service@MyMayu.com and we'll do our best to help you out!

Items that have not been worn outside can be returned with proof of purchase within 60 days of the purchase date. We do not accept returns of products worn outside, thanks for understanding! We recommend that you try the boots on and give them a spin indoors so that if there are problems with fit etc you can return them within the 60 period. Unauthorized returns of unworn items after the 60 period are not accepted. Please contact us if you have any questions, thank you!***

Items deemed defective do not require proof of purchase and will be replaced at no cost to you. Or, if you prefer, we will give you a credit towards a future purchase. Just contact us so that we can figure out what’s going on.

If you have purchased one of our products at a local retail store, please visit that retailer first, as their return and exchange policy will apply. If they can’t help you, send us an email to service@MyMayu.com and we’ll do our best to take care of you.

 ***Please note that Clearance and Outlet Items are sold "AS IS" and are final sales. There are no exchanges or returns on Clearance items, Outlet items or any item with a price ending in .99.  Customers who return Outlet or Clearance items to MyMayu without prior approval from our service team will not be provided with a refund for the Clearance or Outlet items. Thanks so much for your understanding and cooperation!

Exchanges and Returns Within Canada

If you have purchased one of our products from www.MyMayu.ca or www.MyMayu.com and live within Canada, we recommend that you send your item back to us by way of regular mail with Canada Post and confirm that the parcel is tracked all the way back to us. We cannot accept any packages sent COD.

For returns, once we have processed a return of an item, we will happily credit your original method of payment for the total purchase price (cost of item and applicable taxes). Shipping fees are non refundable.

For exchanges, please include a note with your item and indicate which item you would like instead, the reason for the exchange and the address to which the new item should be shipped. Please include an email or phone number so that we can contact you with any questions. Once we have processed the exchange, any difference in price, plus a $6 shipping/restocking fee and applicable taxes, will be charged to you. Please also indicate in your note how you would like to make arrangements for payment in this regard.

Please note that, unless defective, items sent back to MyMayu for a return or exchange must be clean (liners clean, but unwashed) and in original packaging. Boots may not be worn outside prior to exchange or return. With prior authorization from MyMayu, unworn items sent back to us for return or exchange after the 60 day period may be eligible for store credit and will incur a restocking fee.

Exchanges and Returns - USA Customers

If you have purchased one of our products on www.MyMayu.com and live in the USA, we recommend that you send your item back to us by way of shipping with USPS. Although it is not mandatory, we recommend tracking. Tracking it allows you to track the parcel all the way back to us. We do not accept any packages sent COD or that require payment upon receipt.

To avoid any delays, please clearly indicate on the outside of the package and on the customs form that the contents are “Canadian Goods Returning to Vendor” (NOT a sale or gift or merchandise etc) and indicate a value less than $15. We ask that you do not return products by UPS, FedEx, Purolator or any other couriers, as duty and/or brokerage fees will be charged and your return/exchange will not be accepted.

For returns, once we have processed a return of an item, we will happily credit your original method of payment for the total purchase price (cost of item and applicable taxes). Shipping fees are non refundable.
